i just wanted to do a quick text post to express how i am feeling right now. it's about 2 weeks until we move into our first home and things have never felt so perfect. we are embarking on our first adventure, first joint address, first bills, first shared bathroom and hopefully the first of many shared beds. we have saved and shopped, saved more and then shopped more. we have a deposit sitting in the bank and we've signed our names on more than one dotted line. this is everything i have wanted since i laid eyes on a beardy gorgeous man drinking rum at the bar. now i have him, my man, my soul mate, choosing plates and talking about our plans for our first christmas together. i never knew i could feel so settled and at peace, so in love with somebody who is just as in love with me. i really am the luckiest girl in the world.

A few pieces that I'm really keen on. I'm going to buy the dress on Friday when I've been paid, but will probably look for a cheaper version of the shoes as these are from UO and with deliver will cost nearly £50! A little bit tooooo much for a pair of summer flar, even if they are lovely. I know it's not exactly coat season but I'm a sucker for coats and jackets and I adore this Morrissey esque oversized boyfriend coat from Topshop. At £90 its got a bit of a hefty price tag, and I think the fact that it doesn't come in petite is a put off for me as I'm not sure how it would hang, but it's still a gorgeous piece and would be beautiful in Autumn months.
